Administrative Fees
There will be a $125 fee per family, regardless of the number of courses taken, to cover the administrative
expenses of the Study Center. This fee must be paid at the time of registration.
Course Fees
The cost for each 60-minute course will be $256. This works out to be $8/class for the 32 week academic year.
The cost for 90-minute classes will be $320, or $10/class.
Course fees are paid directly to the tutor/instructor.
Parents may choose to pay the fee with one check, two checks, four
checks, or eight checks, spaced out evenly over the academic year. Checks for each class must be submitted
at the time of registration. The staff of the Study Center will hold the checks and distribute them to the instructors on
the first class day of each month.
Because instructors must make decisions about whether a class will "make" or not based on the expected enrollment
for the year, the tuition payments are normally NOT refundable after June 1st. If, for any reason, a class
is cancelled, tuition payments will be refunded (pro rata if during the academic year).
Books, Supplies, & Copy Costs
The cost of books & supplies is NOT included in the course fee. Please check with the
instructor for required texts and any required supplies. Individual instructors will set their own policy & practice with
regard to supply and copy costs.
